| Gregory Isenor, BSc, P.Geo VP, Exploration & Director Gregory Isenor is a Professional Geologist and "Qualified Person" under National Instrument (NI 43-101) Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. With a career spanning more than 35 years, he has worked throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and North America in oil & gas and mineral resource industries. In addition to his role with Frontline, Mr. Isenor serves as President & CEO of Merrex Gold Inc., President & Director of Glencoe Resources Inc., and Vice President of Prince Edward Gas Inc. He previously acted as President, CEO & Director of Jilbey Gold Exploration Ltd., Director of PDAC, and Director & President of the Chamber of Mineral Resources of Nova Scotia. At present, Mr. Isenor serves as a Director of Riverstone Resources Inc. and is involved in several private companies. Mr. Isenor is a member of the Association of Professional Geologists of Nova Scotia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Acadia University. | |
| Darryl Sittler, ICD.D Director Darryl Sittler is a former National Hockey League player and 1989 inductee to the Hockey Hall of Fame. He is a self-employed businessperson in the areas of community & public relations, and team building. Mr. Sittler is a current Director of Royal Nickel Corp. and Wallbridge Mining Co. Ltd., which are both TSX listed companies. In addition, he acts as Director of privately held Miocene Metals Ltd. and Stay Gold Inc. and has served as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Sittler is also as a Director of TeamUP Charitable Foundation of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. | John Cumming, LLB, LLM (London) Executive VP, General Counsel & Director John Cumming has been active in the Canadian Securities Markets and resource exploration sector for over 30 years as a lawyer specializing in corporate, mining and securities law. He is a past senior Securities & Mining partner at Vancouver law firm Boughton Peterson. Since the commencement of his legal career in 1978, Mr. Cumming has served as a Director and Officer on numerous public resource companies. He acted as President and Director of Merrex Resources Inc. (now Merrex Gold Inc.), and was a founding shareholder of St. Philips Resources Inc., which in joint venture with the Hunter Dickinson Group, discovered the Kemess Gold/Copper Mine (presently owned by Northgate Minerals Corp.). Mr. Cumming currently serves as a Director of Merrex Gold Inc. and Yaletown Entertainment Corp. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Laws degree from King's College, University of London where he graduated with a specialty in corporate & commercial law. | |
| Dr. James M. Patterson, PhD, P.Geo Director Dr. James Patterson is a Professional Geologist and an independent Economic & Exploration Geological Consultant. He has over 40 years experience in all phases of mineral exploration, including development & supervision, ore reserve audits and valuations. His mining career has taken him across Canada, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia and Thailand. Before joining Frontline, Dr. Patterson served as Director of Hornby Bay Exploration Ltd., Crowflight Minerals Inc., Mispec Resources Inc., and Jilbey Gold Exploration Ltd. He previously acted as VP, Exploration of FNX Mining Company Inc. Currently, Dr. Patterson serves as a Director of Merrex Gold Inc. and International Millennium Mining Corp., and acts as an Executive Consultant to FNX Mining Company Inc. Dr. Patterson is a practicing member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He is a former member of the Society of Economic Geologists & founding President of the Irish Association for Economic Geology. In addition, Dr. Patterson has written for numerous publications on topics such as development of mining environmental frameworks. He graduated with an Honours Geology Degree from Trinity College (Dublin, Ireland) and obtained his Ph.D. in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines, London University. | |
| Tom Hussey, C.A. Audit Chair, Director Tom Hussey is currently a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Miocene Metals Inc., a company listed on the TSX--V. He has also been and is currently a member of the board of directors of many organizations in both private companies and not-for-profit organizations. Tom has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 40 years and is a KPMG LLP alumnus. Over the last 30 years, Tom has held senior positions, including CFO, in many companies in the packaging industry and recently retired as Executive VP & CFO of a global equipment manufacturer. Tom was also the CFO of Wallbridge Mining Company prior to and after the company's initial public offering. |
